Learn to Achieve Access Concentration
A course fit for beginners & experienced meditators alike, you'll quickly progress to what is widely considered the first step of deep concentration.
What the heck is Access Concentration, and why should I care?
The purpose of The Access Concentration Course is twofold. First, we wish to share with you introductory information necessary to advance in your meditative practice. Secondly, we will provide you with the exercises and tools necessary to achieve the trance-like state called Access Concentration. Access Concentration is the first of many trance-like states and is often thought of as the entrance for proper meditation.
This is the beginning of the journey.
